Notice of Promry Service Termination
Hello, this is Promry.
We sincerely thank all of our users for your support and for using Promry.
After careful consideration of our service direction and internal circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue the Promry service.
Please find the service termination schedule and related details below.
■ Service Termination Schedule
New Sign-ups End: December 31, 2025
New Payments End: December 31, 2025
Service Termination Date: February 28, 2026
After the termination date, all Promry services will no longer be available.
All related data will be safely deleted in accordance with our internal policies.
■ Payment Termination Notice
Automatic payments will be sequentially discontinued starting 28 days prior to the service termination date.
The exact date on which automatic payments stop may vary depending on each user’s billing cycle.
Example
Service termination date: February 28
If your billing cycle renews on the 14th of each month:
→ Your last payment will be processed on February 14, after which automatic billing will stop.
In other words, no payments will be charged on billing dates that fall within 28 days prior to February 28.
■ Refund Policy
Any portion of fees already paid that corresponds to the period after the service termination date will be refunded on a prorated (daily) basis.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take several business days depending on the payment provider.
Payments made through free trials, promotions, or special events are not eligible for refunds.
■ User Data Notice
If you have any data you wish to retain, please ensure that you review and back up your data before the service termination date.
Once the service is terminated, data recovery will not be possible.
Promry has grown alongside its users, and the interest and feedback you have shared with us throughout this journey have meant a great deal to our team.
Although we are bringing the service to a close, the experiences and connections built through Promry will serve as a foundation for better services in the future.
